3 Adventure sport: Adrenaline-pumping activities like skydiving, scuba diving, and skiing offer a refreshing break from my structured routine, pushing me to challenge my limits. It brings together adventure and the discipline of fitness.

4 Unwind: A good book, end of day, is just the best way to relax and energise for the next day. It’s the perfect balance of excitement and recharging.
5 Mindful indulgence: I’ve realised that mindful food choices go well with a long-term vision of a balanced lifestyle. I go for regular no-sugar breaks to improve focus and maintain energy levels.
