Bengaluru-based property developer Brigade Enterprises reported a profit after tax of ₹236 crore for the quarter ended December 31, marking a 322 per cent increase from the corresponding quarter last year.

The growth was attributed to the completion of two residential towers each in Hyderabad and North Bengaluru.

The total revenue stood at ₹1,530 crore for Q3FY25. The company observed growth across all segments. Elaborating on the quarter’s performance, Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Ltd., said, “Growth in the residential business continues, driven by pricing and volume, with the launch of premium projects and a strong pipeline of launches in the coming quarters. Our leasing efforts have maintained strong momentum.”

She further noted that the company plans to expand its land bank through aggressive acquisitions.

The company has achieved a pre-sales volume of 2.19 million sq. ft., delivering over 280 buildings totaling more than 90 million sq. ft. It currently has 24 million sq. ft. of ongoing projects and 15 million sq. ft. of upcoming launches, including 11.87 million sq. ft. in real estate across Chennai, Bengaluru, Mysuru, and Hyderabad.

Segment performance

During the quarter, the net bookings in the real estate segment of Q3FY25 stood at 2.19 mn sqft with a sale value of ₹2,492 crore.

The revenue from real estate was at ₹ 1,103 crore, up by 31 per cent compared to Q3 FY24. While the leasing revenue grew by 13 per cent to ₹ 280 crore. Brigade shared closed at ₹1,094.10, on the BSE up by 7.77 per cent.
