The premises of Shed No. A-9 & A-10, located at the Thiru. Vi. Ka Industrial Estate in Guindy, were sealed on January 22, 2025, after authorities claimed that a car service centre and showroom, ‘Titanium Motors,’ was operating without the necessary permission.
“The premises, covering 1870.88 square meters, were transferred to VST Motors Pvt. Ltd., which subsequently constructed a building for the business. However, the company was running the showroom/ service centre without permission of TANSIDCO (Tamil Nadu Small Industries Development Corporation). As a result, the place has been sealed,” according to a copy of the sealing order.
The order specifies that the sealing was carried out at 2:30 PM on January 22, 2025, by the Estate Officer cum Branch Manager of TANSIDCO, in the presence of government officials and a member of the Industrial Estate Manufacturers Association.
