Q3 Results Live Today: Divi’s Lab, Sky Gold shares surge, Aditya Birla Capital, Kalyani Steels, Texmaco Rail, IRB Infra declines, Castrol, Fortis Malar, Panasonic Energy, Tata Chemicals, Thomas Cook India to announce Q3 results today

Gateway Distriparks Limited reported a net profit for the quarter ended December 2024 at ₹455.51 crore as against ₹64.54 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year. 

The board has declared Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.75.

Shares closed at ₹74.45 on the NSE, down 1.96%.

Vishnu Prakash R Punglia reported a net profit for the quarter ended December 2024 at ₹3.85 crore as against ₹17.36 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year. 

Stock traded at ₹248.95 on the NSE, down 2.08%.

Kamat Hotels (I) board has approved acquisition of equity shares of Chandi Hospitality Private Limited.

It recorded a consolidated net profit for the quarter ended December 2024 at ₹26.18 crore as against ₹41.57 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.

Shares locked in upper circuit on the NSE at ₹273.52, 20% higher.

Alembic Pharmaceuticals’ consolidated profit declined to ₹138.42 crore in the quarter ended December 2024 as against ₹180.45 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.

Shares fell 4.52% on the NSE to ₹901.20.

Poly Medicure reported a consolidated profit of ₹85.22 crore in the quarter ended December 2024 as against ₹65.01 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.

Stock traded at ₹2,338.10 on the NSE, down 3.94%.

Sundaram Finance reported a consolidated profit of ₹451.18 crore in the quarter ended December 2024 as against ₹398.16 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year. Board has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 14 per equity share.

Aditya Birla Capital reported a consolidated profit of ₹724.38 crore in the quarter ended December 2024 as against ₹753.73 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.

Aarti Industries stock traded 1.84% on the NSE at ₹451.20, posting a decline in standalone net profit to ₹47 crore in the quarter ended December 2024 from ₹124 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.

IRB Infrastructure Developers stock fell 4.60% on the NSE to ₹53.11, despite an 18.7% rise in profit after tax to ₹222 crore in the December quarter.

India’s Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) reported a third-quarter profit miss on Friday, as buoyant fuel demand failed to cushion the explorer from lower crude realisations.

The state-owned firm’s standalone profit fell 17% to 82.40 billion rupees ($952 million) in the October-December period, and came far below analysts’ average expectation of 179.31 billion rupees.

Standalone earnings exclude profit from its joint ventures and operations outside the country. ONGC contributes to around 71% of domestic crude oil production.

The company’s revenue from operations fell 3% on-year to 337.17 billion rupees, as its crude oil price realisation, or the price at which it sells the product, dropped nearly 11% to $72.57 per barrel in the third quarter.

Oil will likely trade around $70 a barrel in 2025, a Reuters poll showed, as weak demand from China and rising global supplies offset OPEC+ led efforts to shore up the market.

For explorers like ONGC and peer Oil India - which is slated to report quarterly earnings next month - little upside for oil prices is bad news.

But the quarterly topline still managed to tread above estimates, thanks to strong demand for the fossil fuel in Asia’s third largest economy.

Fuel consumption in India, the world’s third-biggest oil consumer, ticked up during the quarter due to higher manufacturing and industrial activity.
